Top up and use your wallet
Your wallet holds money with your host, so renewals can pay themselves without a new MoMo request each time.
Top up
Section titled “Top up”- Go to Billing & wallet, then Wallet. Wallet balance shows what you have.
- Under Top up, choose an amount, or choose Other amount and type it under Amount to top up.
- Check the number under MoMo number to send the request to.
- Choose Top up with MoMo.
- Approve the payment on your own phone.
To pay by card instead, choose Use a card instead. If it is greyed out, your host does not take cards yet.
The screen tells you the smallest top-up. When an invoice is due, it also suggests an amount that covers it.
Let the wallet pay renewals
Section titled “Let the wallet pay renewals”Turn on Pay renewals from wallet first. We only use the wallet when it covers the full amount. If it does not, you get the invoice as usual.
Get a request on the due day
Section titled “Get a request on the due day”Turn on On the due day, send me a MoMo request. Type the number under MoMo number to send the request to. On the due day you get a request for what is still to pay, and you approve it on your phone.
Turning the switch off stops any request not yet sent.
See what moved
Section titled “See what moved”History lists every top-up and payment from the wallet. Choose Statement for a full statement of your account.
Refunds and credit for unused months can also land in your wallet. See Cancel a service and refunds.
